HIGH PERFORMANCE
Our ELITE programme is for players with a Hong Kong ranking, aspiring to place in the top 10 of their age group in Hong Kong. With future goals of playing ATF Tournaments, ITF Tournaments, as well as either getting a US Scholarship or playing full time on the ITF Pro Circuit. These players should be training at the Academy 3-5 days a week.
In this programme we work on fitness, tactics, technique and mental aspects of the game. If a player is considered ELITE he/she will have a very good foundation and would have developed a personal game style by now. At the ELITE stage we develop juniors into winners by enhancing their strengths and solidifying their weaknesses. By encouraging a growth mindset and using implicit coaching rather than explicit coaching, our ELITE juniors will be able to compete and win at a high National Level.
